GROUP DEKKO WINS UNITED WAY AWARD

UNITED WAY OF DEKALB COUNTY ANNOUNCES HONORS

The Helping Hand award— This award is for the team that possesses qualities of outstanding team volunteerism through extreme dedication and hard-work before, during and after the event.   After accepting nominations/votes from their teams, the Day of Caring Volunteers, and others involved with United Way,  the United Way announced that they had a tie between two entrants for the Helping Hand award.  Group Dekko is one recipient of the Helping Hand  award in 2011.  The Group Dekko team of volunteers completed four projects for United Way.  Read more in the attached Press Release from United Way of DeKalb County.
