College Internships

As a result of our goal to become an employer of choice, Group Dekko was the winner of the 2014 "Employer of the Year" for our outstanding internship program offered to college and high school students.

Since the start of the program we have had more than 40 interns work with us.  Nine of them have been offered full time positions with the company.  Many create cost savings which directly impact the bottom line of the company.  All of them have been critical to our success.

High School Explore Program Internships

Participate in a unique, one of a kind, career exploration program geared towards students who aren’t quite sure what they want to do after High School. This Paid summer experience ($8.25 – first year, $9.00 – 2nd year, $9.75 – I.C.E.) provides students with the opportunity to explore careers in manufacturing and begin to understand their skills, personality, and interests, and how they play a role in their career path.

Please contact Cindy Nesbitt at if you are interested in participating in the program.
