Office Furniture

1) The Group Dekko office furniture team worked closely with a major OEM manufacturer to design, develop, tool, and produce a subassembly of injection molded components that also incorporated stampings and mounting hardware for quick and easy assembly into the customer's finished goods. This initiative resulted in a substantial cost savings for the OEM and created a new level of competency for Group Dekko.

2) The Group Dekko office furniture team worked closely with three of their major OEM customers to implement a blended global strategy for manufacturing and assembling mesh sleeved power jumpers. Using component design and engineering from the US and Mexico and production in China; Group Dekko and their customers realized a substantial cost savings without sacrificing delivery performance or quality.
 
3) The Group Dekko office furniture and lighting teams worked closely with a broad range of their OEM customers to design and develop a T-5 Fluorescent Task Light that could be produced by a Group Dekko partner in China. These T-5 Task Lights have exceptional quality and meet the price points of our customers which have allowed them to increase their sales volume of this finished good accessory item.

1) The Group Dekko Appliance Solutions Team collaborated with a leading manufacturer of major appliances to develop an innovative water delivery system for their washer platform. Dekko’s design delivered improved energy performance and enhanced spray pattern for improved washer efficiency leading to a reduction in field service incident rates. We were able to combine several parts into one modular assembly (saving total piece part cost) while fastener-less installation features also reducing the assembly time required (speeding through-put velocity), for amazing total cost savings.
