Our historical experience in plastic processes ranges from the development and compounding of resins and the invention and manufacturing of process equipment, through today’s lean operations of injection molding and profile extrusion.

Over Molding

We are an UL-recognized molder that offers over molding with rigid and soft touch resins. This ability to over mold multiple plastic materials provides customers with unique and robust product features and characteristics.

Injection Molding

We have extensive expertise molding various engineering grade and commodity resins for specialty components and assemblies. Our injection molding presses range from 30 to 1200 tons of clamp force, and include both horizontal and vertical presses. We utilize closed loop computer controlled equipment, robotics, and downstream automation in order to provide consistent product characteristics. We are successful with aesthetic, critical color match and close tolerance part production.

Insert Molding

With insert molding capabilities, we combine automation to meet specific application requirements, and assemblyto decrease costs. Advanced capabilities include in-mold testingof product, including electrical testing, as well as the incorporation of vision systems to ensure appropriate insert placement.These capabilities provide a higher level of product qualitywithout requiring off-line operations or extended cycle times.

Profile Extrusion

Group Dekko offers a wide array of extrusion capabilities with industry leading expertise and high technology. We utilize extruders with touch-screen computers for data collection and process tracking. Our Servo-driven downstream equipment delivers the optimum in close-tolerance manufacturing and our computerized gravimetric color feeders offer precise dosing and blending. Other capabilities include: rigid profiles in most common compounds; flexible profiles in PVC and TPR’s; multi-Durometer extrusions; capstock extrusions; complex hollows; texturing and embossing; and part decoration.
