Stamping and Metal Fabrication: 

As a manufacturer of high-speed progressive stampings, Dekko produces custom electrical terminals and other complex light metal progressive die stampings. Our internal tool and die shop provides in-house maintenance of tooling.

Stamping:

Our stamping materials range from high-performance copper alloys, brass, aluminum, to steel and stainless. In-house machinery includes the following equipment:

  • High-speed progressive die stampings 
  • High speed presses (100 SPM to 1000 SPM)
  • Material Width: .600” to 18”
  • Material Thickness: .006” to .080” 
  • Press sizes 25 tons to 250 tons

Metal fabrication:

Dekko has many years of experience in fabricating metal parts used across all of our product lines.  Our equipment provides us the capabilities for laser cutting, punching, bending, milling, and powder coat painting to meet a customer’s specific design needs. In-house fabrication equipment includes the following equipment:

  • Blanking Machines
  • Forming Machines
  • CNC Milling
  • Aluminum Extrusion Cutting Saws
